1. Di Toro Gardens Ltd will undertake the agreed gardening maintenance work for you at the price quoted.
2. Fees. You agree to pay the fees and charges quoted. You agree to pay for work within 3 days of the date of invoice. Failure to do so will require payment by card immediately. We reserve the right to terminate the contract with immediate effect if payment is late on 3 or more occasions. It is a condition of work being done that all fees and charges are paid according to these terms. All charges are subject to VAT.
3. Should you be dissatisfied with any aspect of the work/ services provided, then written notification must be given to Di Toro Gardens Ltd within 3 days. Otherwise it is assumed you are satisfied with the work.
4. Di Toro Gardens shall not be liable for delay or failure to perform the work due to illness, death, accident or third party default or force majeure or for any other reason outside its reasonable control.
5. All goods, materials, sundries plants and equipment supplied by Di Toro Gardens remain the property of Di Toro Gardens until fully paid for, and in the event of non- payment may be reclaimed and removed by Di Toro Gardens without notice.
6. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, these terms of business apply to any future work you give us. Your continuing instructions in this matter will amount to your acceptance of these terms and conditions of business.
7. In the case of a cancellation or rescheduling less than 48 hours of the booking, we will charge the full price as per the contract.
8. In the case of termination of the contract, 3 months written notice must be given to Di Toro Gardens. Failure to do so, will result in full payment being required for the 3 month notice period, regardless of whether or not visits are carried out. This contract will automatically roll over annually and is subject to price changes.
